I've always got service with a smile. Never a wait time unless they are busy.
I ordered a fish sandwich and it was burnt and I ask for ketchup on it which was everywhere and on that note fries were cold. I ask for a refund of my meal & yet had to sit and wait in line in which I couldn't even get my money back because they couldn't do it. They blamed it on a "new" employee saying they must of put it in the wrong deep fryer!
Made when ordered hot food and delicious ice cream !!!
I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich for lunch because the picture of it on the menu board looked appetizing. The sandwich was good tasting. This DG Grill & Chill does have handicapped parking, handicapped seating & handicapped bathrooms.
Sat in the drive through line for over 15 minutes waiting on an ice cream cone. There was only 1 ahead of me. I would have left but I was blocked from pulling out of line.
