Everything from the grill tastes like the grill. Wonderful atmosphere. Nice local folks. Really excellent special buffets.

We have stayed multiple times. Although the rooms are very outdated and in need of work they have always been relatively clean until this stay.
My family and I stayed last year and had a wonderful time love the big front porch swing. One of our favorite things was the Victorian decorations and the movie on the lawn. We will be returning again this year.
While a pretty, historic building from the outside the inside leaves much to be desired. My room had dirty carpet, wallpaper that was peeling off the walls, a saggy bed and the blanket on the bed was stained and had hairs on it. They left a room key with my name attached at the front door and there didn't appear to be anyone running the inn. Had there been any nearby hotel options I would not have stayed.
We stay there every holiday season and this was the worst experience we've had.
