Called in to check on ordering flowers. I admit I called the Friday before but got the response I would get them Friday at 5, "If I was lucky", so thought I would shop elsewhere with that type of response. Flowers may be nice but customer service skills need work.
I just placed an out of state order for flowers. The person answering the phone was very pleasant and extremely helpful. If I have the occasion to order flowers again, I will definitely go through Kingwood Floral again. Great experience!
