All the folks are friendly and helpful. The service department is excellent and for us has been a highlight. The rest of the organization is top notch as well. In this age of below par after the sale customer service Victory stands out in its treatment of its patrons. The General Manager Jeff Meadows has been excellent in our every dealing. We will return for any future purchase of a Jeep, Dodge, or Ram.
went twice under warranty to get new security key fob replaced was told on back order and id be notified.i wasnt ! so after taking my truck in for the second factory recall i find out they now have no record !!!! are you kidding me ?how do you order n recheck order and theres no record? i wouldnt recomend these people! either incompetent or crooked or both !id have it towed right on by or across the road if you need service.i didnt expect anything extra for being a disabled veteran but boy i sure didnt think theyd rip off a vet with a freakin cane.they did.
