The food was put together correctly and fresh. The night manager was a bit of a busy body. We pulled in in an awkward way to clean up our toddler's vomit all over our car and she kept hovering as if she wanted to say something about it.
Bc that's just how McD's is...Burger King is 100% better in my own personal opinion.
This place is the worst choice in Kingwood. Save yourself the trouble and find another establishment to patronize. The people working the counter are rude, incompetent, and very unprofessional. During my most recent visit, the waitress we waited almost 15 minutes to be waited on. This was after the girl was rude to the person in front of us when he inquired to the fact that he had also waited 15 minutes to be waited on. When the girl was taking our order, she would turn around in the middle of it and start joking with another worker. Then she turned back around and said now what did you want? Should have known to walk away then. As a result of this, we did not recieve our entire order because despite repeating it back to us correctly, she screwed it up and lost part of our order. Also, we had a free latte on our McDonald's app. But, due to the way she entered the items, our order ended up costing more with the free latte than it would have if she would have rang it up the way it was ordered. For over 20 years this location has continued to go down hill. The quality of service and professionalism continues to lack. The restaurant is regularly dirty and unkept. Orders are constantly wrong and there is no pride in presentation. The best thing they could do is burn it to the ground. I have no doubt that if someone opened another McDonald's across town it would put this one out of business.
Staff is very rude. Food is never right and seems to always be cold or old. Def would consider a different place to eat!
When you call the people are extremely rube. And will not give you real answer when you ask questions. I have got hung up on in the middle of so question before.
